Thanks for stopping by!
I’m an actress, comedian, and storyteller who has built a life around chasing joy, telling the truth (even when it’s ridiculous), and finding the funny in almost everything. I believe laughter is a kind of magic — it breaks tension, builds bridges, and sometimes even saves the day. It’s the thread that runs through my work and my life, whether I’m on stage, on screen, or just making my friends laugh over coffee.
I’ve been lucky enough to spend my career telling stories — some big, some small, all meaningful in their own way. Theater has been my greatest teacher, comedy has been my secret weapon, and the people I’ve met along the way have been the reason I keep showing up (well, them and the free snacks).
I’m also deeply passionate about developing new work and collaborating with other artists. There’s something thrilling about building a story from the ground up, breathing life into characters who’ve never existed before, and watching a project take shape through teamwork, creativity, and shared vision. I love the messiness of the process, the spark of discovery, and the joy of creating something that feels fresh, honest, and alive.
But beyond the spotlight, I’m just Natalie — a person who loves long dinners with friends, laughing until my cheeks hurt, and walking the city with a great playlist in my ears. I’m passionate about living honestly, finding joy in small things, and never taking myself too seriously (unless we’re talking about dessert, then yes, it’s serious).
This site is my little corner of the internet to share the work I’m proud of, the projects that inspire me, and maybe a laugh or two along the way. Thanks for stopping by and letting me share a piece of myself with you. I hope you leave here smiling, or at least thinking, “She seems fun. I’d split fries with her.”’
XOXO, NCE

A star was born December 27th 19**, in Kansas City, MO!

Training since the age of 4. Natalie's mom took a lesson from Mama Rose and threw her in tap- ballet- combo!

At the age of 6, she made her break out performance as the STARRING Chipmunk in Snow White!

Yes, Natalie Charlé was a pageant girl. Were you a child of the 80's if you didn't have a glamour shot!

Natalie's first final bow! The narrator in "I Believe in Make Believe" at 8 years old.

Natalie then moved to Phoenix, AZ where she started finding any opportunity to perform. Here she is as Mother Duck in "The Ugly Ducking" at Desert Stages Theatre when she was 11.

The role that started it all. Natalie was a shy child (if you can believe it) but Lucy unleashed the ballsy broad we know now!

Had to throw this one in here...the moment Natalie discovered she was a character actor. Yente in "Fiddler on the Roof" at only 15 years old.

At 15 Natalie played Flaemmchen in "Grand Hotel". Her first starring role at the adult theatre in Scottdale, Stagebrush Theatre. This role lead her to win her first of 4 Arizoni Theatre awards.

Natalie graduated from New School for the Arts where she focused on theatre arts in 20** and she was off!

She decided not to attend college and began to perform professionally. Her first job was on a cruise ship in Hawaii, then traveled to Tokyo to work for Disney then back on ships with NCL.

These jobs allowed Natalie to travel the world and see such incredible things all while doing what she loved to do and saving a ton of money to be able to move to NYC.

In between traveling the world performing she got her equity card at 18 at The Phoenix Theatre and started building her resume. A role that is still the talk of the town is her award winning performance as Roxie in "Chicago".

Another memorable role was Millie in "Thoroughly Modern Millie". The show that confirmed that she was meant to move to NYC and be a star.

Natalie moved to NYC and started pounding the pavement. Here is when she found out she booked the "9-5" tour as Missy and understudy Judy.

She was on fire. Natalie then originated in the Off-Broadway hit "Forbidden Broadway Alive and Kicking" proving she is a fierce comedic beltress.

Next stop...BROADWAY! Natalie made her broadway debut in the 2014 revival of "Les Miserables"! (Which was also the first broadway show she saw at the same theatre her senior year of highschool! Just magic)

Here is that bow. If you zoom in you will see the tears streaming down her face!

Next up, "School of Rock" on Broadway. This is the show she made her Broadway principal debut going on for the role of Patty!

BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE! Natalie went on to be the standby for Delia, Barbara and Maxine/Juno.

Natalie finally booked her first principal role! Sandy on the "Tootsie "tour! But then covid hit and took that dream away. Beetlejuice closed, Tootsie went out non union...such a hard time for everyone.

But Broadway came back and so did Beetlejuice! We survived a pandemic and Natalie was back on the boards.

On June 19th, 2024. Natalie married the love of her life on Po'olenalena Beach in Maui. Who knew a guy she met on Bumble would be THE ONE!

And now "Death Becomes Her". Natalie started with the first workshop, to the out of town in Chicago and now on Broadway understudying BOTH Madeline and Helen!

But this is only the beginning... stay tuned for details on a new solo show!
